AGAVE JIMA
Our agaves from Tequila Valley are at least 6 year old, and are the highest in sugars.
BRICK OVENS
Our agave pineapples are stacked inside brick ovens fueled with volcanic stones from the Tequila volcano. Once heated, these stones generate abundant vapors that add a unique flavor to Tequila Joven Clase 44
FERMENTATION
Our unique 96 hours process
DISTILLATION
Special 2 stages processes with our secret blend
AGING
In order to have the best AÑEJO, the JOVEN rests 24 months in our special barrels, after this we have the same JOVEN but AGED.
RESTING
After our secret blend plus Extra Añejo Tequila added, we left the Tequila for at least 1 month resting in stainless steel tanks, after this we have THE JOVEN.
